Complaint, Replacement, Return
Returning products purchased in accordance with the Romanian legislation on distance selling (Order No. 130/2000).
2.1. Every customer has the right to file complaints and return goods.
You can return new, undamaged, unused, unwashed products within 14 (fourteen) days of their delivery. The mandatory condition is that the products are not used and that their commercial appearance is not compromised.
All expenses related to the return of goods by the CUSTOMER TO THE MERCHANT are borne by the CUSTOMER. The return is made using the courier companies "FAN courier," "Urgent Cargus" S.A., "Sameday," and the cost is to be paid according to their tariff on the day of the return.

2.2. In case you want to exchange the products, the merchant will send a courier to collect the products from the consumer/client, exchange them, and deliver them back to the consumer/client. The courier costs related to the exchange are borne by the customer. If these conditions are not met, the store reserves the right not to accept the returned merchandise and not to reimburse the expenses incurred by the customer when purchasing it.
2.3. After receiving the returned goods and verifying them, their value will be refunded to the customer through the courier company and to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER. The term for refunding the amount is 7 to 14 working days.

General conditions for the return of products sold by 3dg-textile.com, 30-day right of return
The products you return must be in the same condition as you received them. Make sure that the product is not protected by passwords set by you and that you have deleted any accounts you defined, so that the product does not contain any personal information and can be brought back to its original software version.
The return is made with the original labels intact, the warranty certificate in its original form (if issued by the manufacturer/distributor), and all the documents with which the product was delivered.
The product must be accompanied by the accessories and/or gifts with which it was delivered.
If you have bought several products of the same kind and you want to return all of them, make sure that only one has been unsealed. The return of the other products is only accepted if they are still sealed.
We do not accept products that have been subject to unauthorized interventions, show signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, chips, physical or electrical shocks, or products that are missing accessories.
Returns are not accepted if you have uninstalled operating systems or other programs that were included at the time of delivery, or if the products have activated OEM licenses.
If the return package contains different products than those specified in the completed form, after verification by the courier, the acceptance will be refused.
